Mutter Buermann in Hemmingen

A nice pension. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. The beds are comfortable. But the price is a bit high. Something still needs to be done.

We "tasted" the goose breast and leg; Due to the pandemic, we could unfortunately only pick up the food, but the taste was absolutely convincing. We are also very satisfied with the friendliness and hygiene concept when collecting the goods. We are looking forward to Christmas with your food :)

The hotel-restaurant "Mutter Buermann" is located in the Devese part of Hemmingen and is run lovingly by the Nacke couple. The head chef, Stefan Nacke, learned the "old school" of cooking. Therefore, all dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal and regional products. In short: You will be spoiled with all kinds of culinary delights from a first-class kitchen in a cozy atmosphere. The service is always very nice and helpful to the guests.

Food from the Chanterelle Card was of very good quality, plentiful, and at a moderate price. Friendly and fast service. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

Today we enjoyed the finest asparagus from Nienburg with mother Buermann. The asparagus was excellently prepared. The service was very accommodating and responded to every request. To the asparagus a delicious Pinot Gris was served. Thank you for this nice stay.

Home cooking at its best. Service class. Price performance fits. Reserve better than simply ancestors. Hotel. No breakfast service! Room clean and good. Partly only with shared shower. In today's time certainly no longer up to date. But always worth a recommendation.

We celebrated our wedding here in December 2016. Thanks to the culinary skills, the great cuisine, the world-class team and the great overall package, it was our dream wedding. It tasted delicious, all of our requests were catered for, the cooperation and planning was very pleasant and we can safely recommend everyone to eat here, to party or even to stop off on a cycling or hiking tour. If we had to make another decision today, we would do the same again. Many Thanks ❤️
